1. Check your internet speed. Go to http://www.speedtest.net  If you have a download speed less than 5Mb, try moving to another location with faster internet.

2. Ensure that all other programs are completely closed on your computer. Sometimes they are running in the background.

3. Restart your computer. Restart your Internet browser.

4. Try using different internet browsers. We recommend Chrome and Firefox.

4. When you contact in:ciite please provide your operating hardware (Mac or PC) and which internet browser you're using (Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
